Quantities:
We recommend that pilots start with around 10-15% of the targeted workforce. If you have 20 facilities with 300 workers at each, then we would recommend a pilot of 2 sites with 30 workers at each site. But the needs of groups will vary widely, so we’re happy to work with your team to establish the best way to test and begin rolling out the Apex to your teams.
On-Site Service:
We provide virtual/online training for all customers, but we also offer on-site service. We recommend this for groups working with larger teams, or those who would like an in-depth ‘train the trainer’ session to educate shift leads and local managers on best practices for fitting workers and for the change management aspects of implementation.
Accessories:
The Apex suit is designed to be fitted to a specific worker. When purchasing accessory packs, you will receive a mix of parts to help support turnover and job rotation so you can easily reassign one suit for a new team member.
