Figure Out the Details
It’s common for some workers to be resistant to new things, so make sure you initially have a large enough sample size of exosuit users to get a good range of reactions. This also allows teams on the ground to give workers the attention they deserve when trialing new tech. We usually recommend 10-15% of the facility’s workforce as a good benchmark. (Example: A facility with 200 workers should run a phase 1 test of 20-30 users)
Implement and Train
Our experts have done many implementations in all kinds of environments, so we know what steps lead to successful adoption. HeroWear can help train supervisors and shift leaders on fit and adjustments, so they can train users to get the best results.
Track and Succeed
It’s important that the initial project runs long enough (ideally 4–6 weeks) to collect sufficient data and achieve a meaningful sample size. We can guide you through the process or handle the data collection for you using our field-tested exosuit adoption survey. We’ll help you measure the results and confidently move from pilot to full deployment.
