Benefits

Ensuring a Proper Fit

A proper fit – including sizing and setting the amount of assistance – is massively important for your workers to get the most out of the Apex 2. Having someone from HeroWear teach your team how to fit and train workers is key.

On-Site or Virtual Training

We’re happy to offer complimentary virtual training for all Apex purchases. But we can also come to you, offering full-serivce, customized solutions. We’ll walk everybody through proper implementation. Supervisors/shift leaders being properly trained on fit and adjustments can help get the best results.

Flexible Service Offering

Whether you’re starting, scaling, or sustaining exosuits at your facility, HeroWear can work with your team to accomplish your goals. From basic support and training to gathering, analyzing, and packaging user testimonials and quantified survey data, we’ll always be here to support you and your team.

What to Expect

Figure Out the Details

It’s common for some workers to be resistant to new things, so make sure you have a large enough sample size to get a good range of reactions. It also allows teams on the ground to give the project the attention it deserves. We usually recommend 10-15% of the facility’s workforce as a good benchmark. (Example: A facility with 200 workers should run a phase 1 test of 20-30 users)

Implement and Train

Our experts have done many implementations in all kinds of environments, so we know what steps lead to successful adoption. HeroWear can help train supervisors and shift leaders on fit and adjustments, so they can train users to get the best results.

Track and Succeed

It’s important the initial project runs for long enough (ideally 4-6 weeks) and you collect enough data to get a proper sample size. We can guide you through the process, or do the data gathering for you, using our survey based on a draft exosuit adoption survey from the ASTM. We can help demonstrate the quantifiable results and help you move beyond the initial test phase.
