HeroWear offers a 2-year warranty on the entire Apex 2 suit.
HeroWear warrants the Apex 2 product (with the exception of the elastic bands) to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under intended use and conditions, for a period of two (2) years from the original shipment date.
HeroWear warrants elastic bands to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under intended use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original shipment date.
HeroWear agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship; or to furnish a repaired, refurbished, or new product of equal value in exchange without charge.
Such repair or replacement may be subject to verification of the defect or malfunction, and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on an original dated sales receipt.
